In our shower room factory, the storage space in our warehouse is meticulously planned. We use a multi-tiered shelving system to categorize and store shower rooms based on their size, model, and type, ensuring efficient use of space and safe storage of products.
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
We possess an advanced inventory management system. Each shower room product is assigned a unique identification code upon entry into the warehouse and recorded in the system. This allows us to track the quantity of inventory, time of entry, and storage location at any time, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management.
PACKAGING
1. Customized Packaging Materials
We design customized packaging tailored to the characteristics of shower rooms. For glass parts, we use
high-strength, impact-resistant foam materials for wrapping. This foam has excellent cushioning properties,
which can absorb the impact during handling, ensuring the safety of the products.
2. Overall Packaging Structure
The overall packaging structure of shower rooms adopts multi-layer protection. The interior uses soft
plastic, and the exterior is packed in sturdy cardboard boxes, the thickness and strength of which are
strictly tested. Depending on the need, wooden frames are added to the outside of the cardboard boxes to
ensure the integrity of the product and facilitate loading and unloading under different modes of
transportation.
3. Identification and Instructions
The packaging clearly indicates important information such as product model, specifications, and fragile
signs, allowing relevant personnel to operate correctly and reducing the risk of misoperation during
transportation and handling.

experience, a good reputation, and professional equipment to ensure the safe and timely delivery of
products.
2. Pre-shipment Inspection
Before shipping, we conduct strict quality checks and packaging integrity checks on each batch of shower
rooms to ensure that there are no quality issues with the products and that the packaging is sturdy,
reducing the risk of damage during transportation.
3. Transportation Process Monitoring
We use modern logistics tracking technology to monitor the transportation process of goods in real-time,
keeping us informed about the location and status of the goods at any time, ensuring the safety and
punctuality of the goods' arrival.
